Shipping Charges

We calculate our shipping charges according to the weight of your order - it's simple and it's fair! Please see the table below for information on what shipping costs will be to your province. Weight of your shipment is automatically calculated upon checkout. If you have any more questions regarding shipping charges, please contact us at sales@gpequestrian.com

If you need any of our products more urgently, please contact us and we can arrange for a faster delivery at your expense. We ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel as well as with UPS.

Gifts

If you would like to send any of our products as a gift, we're happy to make it special. When you check out, please send us a message that you are purchasing a gift. In the case that your are sending your gift to a shipping address that is different from your billing address, we will send your receipt to the billing address. Our returns policy still applies.

We’re here to make your sport more fun, stylish, and accessible. We are riders, horse owners, and barn owners that love our sport and we love to shop for gear! Just like you we’d rather spend our money on tack than on other gadgets…

The products we sell are the products we love, and we are thrilled to be offering them to you too! We paid special attention to the designs, materials and the quality of all of the items in our store. We scout the markets to stock the newest trends and high quality products for a variety of needs. You, your horses, and our shared passion for dressage, is why we founded Grand Prix Equestrian.

It is our hope that you enjoy our products as much we do. If you are ever unhappy with any of our products, we would like a chance to make it right. Please contact us at sales@gpequestrian.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase to let us know of any issues.  We are happy to take back all clean and unused items in their original packaging and will of course, take back items where we missed a defect.

Return shipping is at your expense, and we ask you to ship via registered mail. If you are exchanging an item due to a defect, we will of course replace that item with the shipping being on us. Contact us and we will send you a returns slip.
